Fort Wayne Community Foundation has served the people of Allen County, Indiana, for almost 50 years. The Foundation accepts gifts, both large and small, from donors, invests the assets, and awards grants to nonprofit organizations and scholarships to students currently totaling over $7 million

Meeting rooms for nonprofits

The Fort Wayne Community Foundation has available for nonprofit organizations two conference rooms in the historic Journal Gazette Building.

The larger room is 28 by 48 feet and contains a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink and coffeemaker with 38 chairs and 15 tables.  The smaller room is 18 by 26 feet and can seat 10 people at a large square table.

The rooms are available during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Parking is available in the public parking lot north of Freimann Square or in the Standard Federal Building parking garage on Barr Street.

Nonprofit Resource Center at the Allen County Public Library 

The Nonprofit Resource Center at the Allen County Public Library houses a special collection of non-circulating materials on foundations, grants, fundraising and nonprofit management. The collection is located in the Readers' Services Department. Nonprofit Resource Center services include personal instruction, monthly orientation to the Nonprofit Resource Center, monthly grant writing strategies program, workshops, research and more.
