Fort Wayne Community Foundation has served the people of Allen County,
Indiana, for almost 50 years. The Foundation accepts gifts, both large and
small, from donors, invests the assets, and awards grants to nonprofit
organizations and scholarships to students currently totaling over $7
million
a year.
Community Partnerships, Inc. and The Paul Clarke Foundation
are supporting organizations of the Fort Wayne Community Foundation. The mission of
Community Partnerships, Inc. is to
facilitate joint efforts of funders and other organizations that improve the
community's service delivery system through systemwide changes. The major thrust of
The Paul Clarke Foundation is to support proposals for
helping disadvantaged youth and their families, with a primary focus on the
inner-city of Fort Wayne and with a clear intent to encourage grass-roots
suggestions.
